Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us
within 7 days of delivery at contactpawtrail@gmail.com with your order number
and photos of the item. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund —
no need to send anything back.

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of
delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are
responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and
inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment
method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind
returns unless defective. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.
